Who we are

Sims Marine

Founder, Robin Sims, built the company relying on his experience as a mechanical engineer. He originally qualified as a miller/turner and has worked in the repair industry since 1988.

As a keen sailor, Robin has owned yachts for many years and has cruised his Contessa 32 extensively between UK and the Mediterranean. In 2016 he completed an Atlantic circuit single handed with the Contessa.

With his recently acquired Bowman Starlight 35 Robin is planning the next adventure.
